Ski: Top freeskiers on The Hague PRO FREESTYLE

The Dutch organisation PRO FREESTYLE is happy to announce that some of the top of the international freeskiers will be skiing during the rail battle contest on Friday September 18th. With Annti Ollila human fireworks is expected. Ollila skied the X Games slopestyle finale and skied for Finland during the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Mees van Lierop is a huge name in the Dutch freeski scene since he won several Dutch championships. Van Lierop skied most of his years in the Netherlands and is one of the most talented skiers at the moment.

Another Dutch guy is also an one to look out for. Joey van der Meer has a Dutch nationality but he lives in the USA. Van der Meer is recognized for his fine style.

Tricks on rails
The ski rail battle will be the first contest of the tournament and with the international top skiers it will be human fireworks right from the start. The skiers will be preforming their tricks in a ‘jam session’. Popping tricks on the custom made setup with an XL wall ride, real snow and a whole bunch of rails and kickers.
